Nikki's Story
With over 9 years of experience in marketing and partnerships, I have a proven track record of creating strategies that boost engagement, drive revenue, and foster strong collaborations. I hold a dual degree in Marketing and Psychology, graduating with a Commerce and Arts bachelor's degree from the Australian National University (ANU).

In my past roles with industry leaders like Google, Amazon, and Microsoft, I developed extensive expertise in digital marketing, partnerships, and sales. At Amazon, I worked as a Marketing and Onboarding Specialist, leading impactful onboarding projects for delivery partners. At Microsoft, I excelled as a Digital Customer Success & New Business Manager, educating and nurturing clients while optimising revenue-generating opportunities. At Google, I worked as a Partner and Outreach Manager for the Google Street View team.

I’m also the Deputy Chair of Kaur Sports, Sydney’s first sports club dedicated to South Asian women.

As the Founder of MUL Agency, I lead all aspects of strategy, execution, and client relations. In the past year, I’ve also built a strong foundation in AI marketing, combining self-taught knowledge with hands-on experience to help businesses integrate AI tools into their content, automation, and strategy. This fusion of human insight and AI efficiency now drives the innovative direction of MUL Agency.
